The company has 7 sets of automatic CNC presses (630T, 400T), 6 sets of automatic vibration presses (700KN, 500KN), 6 sets of light vibration presses, 4 sets of 30m³ high-temperature shuttle kilns (1750°C), and 8 sets of 10m³ vacuum nitriding kilns. These facilities can produce 15,000 tons of silicon carbide bricks, white corundum bricks, corundum mullite bricks, alumina hollow ball bricks, chrome corundum bricks, zirconia corundum bricks, and silicon mo bricks. Additionally, they can produce 3,500 tons of silicon nitride bricks and 10,000 tons of various castables. The products are widely used in the iron and steel, non-ferrous metallurgy, cement, waste incineration, hazardous waste treatment, lithium materials, dry quenching, chemical, and other industries.
