The company owns 7 fully automatic CNC presses (630T, 400T), 6 fully automatic vibrating presses (700KN, 500KN), 6 light vibrating presses, 4 30m³ high-temperature shuttle kilns (1750℃), and 8 10m³ vacuum nitriding kilns. Annual production capacity includes 15,000 tons of silicon carbide bricks, white corundum bricks, corundum mullite bricks, alumina hollow ball bricks, chrome corundum bricks, zircon corundum bricks, and silicon mullite bricks; 3,500 tons of silicon nitride bricks; and 10,000 tons of various castables. Products are widely used in the steel, non-ferrous metallurgy, cement, garbage incineration, hazardous waste treatment, lithium battery materials, dry quenching coke, and chemical industries.
